Fire Safety
Let us guide you in meeting your compliance obligations.
Fire risk assessments, along with all other fire safety services, focus on obligations to ensure the safety of workers’ lives as required by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Law.

The services will set up all compliance obligations, including maintenance schedules, servicing, and inspections, taking into account mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, passive fire protection, specialized fire-fighting equipment, and all related machinery and equipment.
Employers, along with all controllers or managers of Departments in the Organization or Business, must ensure that life safety risks from fire are properly managed. For all assets, the person responsible must ensure that all compliance obligations are met and life safety risks are minimized according to design criteria and/or regulatory standards.
The key tasks to be carried out to ensure Fire Safety are:
+ Fire safety risk assessment
+ Fire door inspection
+ Survey each area/room
+ Fire drill practice
Therefore, everyone responsible for management must clearly understand the life risks related to fire and must appoint a person in charge to ensure all compliance obligations are met.
Consulting on Fire Prevention Plans; Our Fire Design Strategy:
Support professional advice on fire safety to develop and/or review a Fire Safety Design Strategy. This is a mandatory requirement during the planning phase; Fire safety design for new buildings, extensions, or major renovations.
A strategy that ensures compliance with building regulations, and/or fire safety technical solutions is essential for the Board of Directors to understand how the building should operate in case of a fire, and/or to obtain approval from the building and fire safety control authorities.
Fire safety experts will review the Fire Safety Plan/Strategy, with factors to consider including:
+ Project planning stages for renovation or expansion
+ Proposed design, at the construction design stage
+ Technical solutions, taking into account building regulations, approvals, and authorities
+ Option assessment; official strategy for reporting on performance and management.
The fire prevention/strategy plan is a complex document specifically designed for each building, detailing all aspects of the building’s fire safety, including: Structure, zoning strategy, escape routes, and other fire safety features/measures. This strategy will include: Codes, and necessary management standards to ensure safety measures are continuously implemented for people.
The approved documents are mainly used as guidelines to meet the requirements of the Construction Regulation.
A Fire Protection Design Plan/Strategy is very necessary for managing office buildings and production factories. It can validate a company’s fire prevention and firefighting management methods, reflect compliance in management, and periodically review as well as identify any areas that need improvement.
