Compliance monitoring – Implementation

   Support services for setting up monitoring, measurement, and performance evaluation methods, an essential part of any Occupational Health and Safety Management System to maintain and improve management standards and compliance, including:

– Internal Audit: periodic checks to review compliance of a specific activity, process, or task, recorded in detail in an audit log, kept and monitored as a compliance oversight record.
– Control & Assessment: regular formal inspections and evaluations to establish compliance by reviewing management performance, collecting objective evidence, detailed in an official control report. Necessary to obtain any external independent certification if desired (ISO 45001, ISO 14001; Safety Contractor, etc.)
– Performance Measurement: setting goals and KPIs based on direct data and measurable actions from performance monitoring.

– Performance evaluation: Analyze and review monitoring results, reports, and share them with Management, Forums and Health and Safety Groups, authorized Experts, along with all other stakeholders.
– Lessons learned: Analyze monitoring information, identify root causes, review actions and corrective and preventive measures, communicate to ensure lessons are learned, assign responsibility for necessary measures, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of new measures.
– Health and Safety Forum: Develop forums and Health and Safety groups from all business areas, using the forum as a consultation process to review and improve Health and Safety management across the organization and the company.
